family vacation, another part

Yesterday we went down to the water with the dog. Now, he's not very experienced with the ocean and he's definitely blind so the result was rather comical. He walked around and tripped over rocks at first. Then we got him playing with drift wood and seaweed and he was running up and down the beach, almost knocking my dad over. So he's running and gets thirsty, low and behold we are near the water. You should have seen his face when he tried to drink from the ocean. That water may as well have been evil. But poor guy it took him like three tries to be convinced of that fact.
