We adventured through Boston with Rhi and her family the other day, and I finally took along my camera. We followed the freedom trail across the bridge, saw the U.S.S. Constitution and hiked up to Bunker hill. See that monument that looks like the Washington Monument? We hiked up in it! All 294 steps. Canoles at Mikes Pastry, shopping near Faneuil Hall, and lots of laughter.

we hiked up that too! We were shaking a little at the end. One day we will enjoy the adventure of Boston together. Have no doubt about that.
Here's a little "How to Talk Like a Masshole" tip: Our teachers loved to remind us that people still considered themselves to be British at the time, so Revere wouldn't have said that the British were coming. He more likely used the term "the regulars." (Also, he probably wouldn't have yelled much of anything since he was on a secret mission and all, but that's no fun.) Don't be a Californian. Say Regulars. ;o)
